  1. Please Introduce yourself, what is your name, business name, where you are from?

My name is Megan R. Fenyoe and I am a Veteran, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Transformational Mindset Coach, Best Selling Author and Professional Speaker.

I have gone through many struggles throughout my life and was living a life without meaning, purpose and just going through the motions. I have successfully transformed every area of my life using my proven 5 Step System and I am now living a vibrant beautiful life. A life where I truly believe I am ENOUGH.

My passion and purpose in life is to share my story in hopes to support and encourage other women to believe they are enough.

I recently published a book called You Are Enough: 5 Steps To Move From Struggle To Strength which was the #1 New Release on Amazon and also where I was able to make Best Seller. I have been featured on multiple podcasts as well as various other print and online magazines.

I live in San Diego She lives in San Diego and loves working out including running and boxing, traveling, meeting new people and spending time with family and friends.

2.What is your business about?

As a Transformational Mindset Coach, I help transform people’s negative self-talk into positive self-empowerment believing they are ENOUGH! How do I do this? I take them through my proven 5 Step program that will move you from struggle to STRENGTH.

Whether you are looking to transform your physical health, career, relationships or just needing to find that one thing that makes you excited to get out of bed every morning, your mindset is key. The most SATISFYING part of the work I do is when you begin to work through the limiting beliefs and fears that hold you back.

I will help you reveal and clear hidden sabotaging patterns and blocks, help you figure out why you might be stuck, what is missing in your life and why you are not happy. I will help you create better strategies and will help you to identify and strengthen healthy habits. You will walk out with the confidence and clarity you need to BOLDLY take the next big step in your life.
3.What made you get into this line of business?

Being a mental health therapist, coach, business owner and speaker has taught me a great deal personally and professionally about the positive effects of embracing good health and positive mindset. My passion and purpose in life is to inspire others to live healthier. Mind. Body. Soul.

4.What makes you get up and go in the morning, do you have a morning power routine?

I actually talk about this in detail in my book . Morning routines can be really helpful. Your rituals keep you committed. When you create a morning ritual, you reduce the amount of choices you have to make—saving your precious mental energy for bigger, brighter things. Some of the things that are included in my morning routine include:

Fuel your body. Drink three full glasses of water.

Gratitude. Simply close your eyes. Put your hand on your heart, and visualize 3-5 things/people you are grateful for. Another option is to write a gratitude list in your journal.

Affirmations. Repeat out loud at least five positive self-statements that you believe about yourself (download the Top 100 Positive Affirmations at: http://www.missionstrengthsd.com/affirmations).

Manifestation. Make a dedication for the day. This could be an emotional state you want to bring forth within you (courage, love, patience, gratitude) or a higher intention for the 24 hours ahead of you (to show kindness, face fears, or focus on your goals). Refer to the Questions to Empower Your Day in the appendix section of this book for more ideas on how to manifest each day!

5. What is the best advice you have ever been given?

The last chapter of my life has not been written yet. I can allow someone to write it for me or I can chose to take control of my life and create the most beautiful ending I could ever imagine. The choice is mine.

6. What is a book you would say everyone must read?

7. Does your business have any offers on at present or coming up?

I am currently offering a 30 minute Discovery session for $27.99. I will also be hosting a webinar in the coming months .
8. What one thing do you do to change your mindset instantly?

Over the past 20+ years of working in the mental health field and doing my own personal mindset work, I have done a ton of reading on belief systems, self-esteem, and self-image. I can’t hide the fact that this is one of my favorite topics to speak about and to teach my cli- ents. Honestly, it is one of the main reasons I wrote this book. Human beings struggle each day with what we say to ourselves.

If we take a minute to think about our own negative self-talk—both consciously and subconsciously—in a day, it is astounding! Why is it so easy for us to say something nice to someone else, but we can’t do the same for ourselves? Why is loving ourselves so hard at times? The key is to be able to identify those negative thoughts, acknowledge them, and then to immediately replace the thoughts with something positive. This is what I call thought stopping.

Grounding is another technique I use frequently. Grounding is where you rely upon special skills and techniques to gain control over your emotions so that you don’t do something that you will regret. Secondly, grounding yourself gives you a new perspective of the current situation. It is basically reality checking your thoughts and proving your negative thoughts wrong. I provide a lot of grounding examples on my website as well as in my book!

9. What do you love most about helping others?

I have been in the helping field for over 20 years. I absolutely love what I do because I have the amazing opportunity to share in someone’s transformation. I get to watch someone emerge from their struggles into their strength! My passion and purpose in helping others is to help people build confidence, find clarity in getting what they truly want in life, and for them to get inspired to take action towards building the life of their dreams!

My hope and prayers are that for anyone who finds themselves in times of struggle, that they are able to come to the realisation and acceptance that no matter what happens in life, they are enough!
