Ashley Hartlage

1. Please introduce yourself, what is your name, where are you from?

I’m Ashley Hartlage, and I’m a Mindset and Manifestation Coach from Louisville, Kentucky.

2. What is your business about?

I help boss babes and bosses at life make quantum leaps in their life and biz through the power of manifestation. I believe that success is a combination of mindset, energy, and strategy, so I focus on all 3 to help you to get results.

IMG_1416

3. What made you get into this line of business?

Well, 10 years ago, I discovered the law of attraction at the lowest point of my life. I fell in love with it, because it not only gave me hope, but also a solution. From there, I dove deep into all things law of attraction and personal/spiritual development, and it completely changed everything for me.

Every once in a while, I’d get an intuitive pull to start sharing my work with the world, but I didn’t know exactly how I wanted to do that. About 2 years ago, I had a moment, where I looked around and realized that I had manifested the exact life that I wanted years ago, and I started thinking about what’s next. I started having visions of the community I’d create and sharing what I’ve learned with the world. I followed those visions to create my business. My business has been built completely on intuition, so far.

4. What makes you get up in the morning, do you have a power morning routine?

What gets me up in the morning is to give people hope to follow their dreams. I love nothing more than watching someone light up, because they believe in themselves and they believe in the work that they’re putting out into the world. My morning routine is actually pretty simple. I start my day with gratitude. As I get ready for the day, I just mentally list all of the things that I’m grateful for, followed by a few affirmations.

IMG_2415

5. What is the best advice you have ever been given?

When you show your vulnerability, that’s when the magic happens.

6. What is a book you would say everyone must read?

Furiously Happy by Jenny Lawson. It’s about a blogger’s struggle with mental illness, and how she copes with it. Issues like depression and anxiety are so prevalent, and I think it’s so important for people to have a better understanding of those who struggle with these issues. The more we can understand, the more we can help.

7. Does your business have any offers on at present or coming up?

Yes, right now I have Create Your Quantum Leap 90 minute intensive at 50% off. Where we’ll dive deep into crafting and planning your transition into your next level. I’m also about to announce that I’ll be retiring my standard coaching packages, and replacing them with an unlimited coaching package (unlimited coaching calls and texts, with no time limits).

IMG_2438

8. What one thing do you do to change your mindset instantly.

I do this exercise where I create a character of who my next level self is, and give her a name. Anytime I want to change my mindset,  I just say to myself, “ok, it’s time to be ___now” and I can step into my next level self almost instantly.

9. What do you love most about helping others?

I love making people feel good, especially when they feel good about themselves. I’m always happiest when the people around me are happy too. One of my missions is to spread as much kindness, love, and joy as possible.

10. Your favorite quote?

Your past circumstances don’t define your future destination.

Hi Everyone I’m Heather Rose, I’m 40, and live in Lancashire. I’m married to Barry and I have a son Isaac who is 11. My business is called Mindset and Me.

2. What is your business about?

My business is to empower children, to help change their life’s for the better. To help them gain confidence, raise their self-esteem and self-love, love of others. To help them gain a growth mindset, to also become resilient in life and to know they are amazing and can be and achieve anything in life.
3. What made you get into this line of business?
I launched this business as myself and my son wanted to share what had worked for us and to help transform as many more life’s as possible. Using daily affirmations, mindfulness, and the law of attraction not only transformed my life but I was able to use what I had learnt to help my son change his.

4. What makes you get up and go in the morning, do you have a morning power routine?

I do my affirmations every morning which make me feel amazing and ready to tackle the day ahead.

5. What makes you get up and go in the morning, do you have a morning power routine?

Ooohhh this is a tough one as been given lots of good advice. I think I’d have to say to keep  be Authentic, be yourself and don’t compare yourself to anyone else. Also to keep watering your own garden not someone else’s over the fence.

6. What is a book you would say everyone must read?

I have lots to recommend to be honest but I’d have to say at the moment I’d say Girl wash your face by Rachel Hollis, and  Mumprenuer on fire series, book 1, 2,3 and 4. (Highly recommend book 2 though as I’m co author and share my story in this )

No offers on as present but we will be doing something special for our 1st Birthday in April. Also always keep an eye on our page as I do throw out a few specials out the blue.

8. What one thing do you do to change your mindset instantly?

As well as my affirmations and journaling which works wonders, 1 thing I also do to change my mindset instantly is to remember what I have been through and where I am now. To also remember what my mission is and I look at a photo of Isaac. This puts me back on track straight away should my mindset start to slip.

9. What do you love most about helping others?

I love seeing people smile, seeing people come out of dark places and struggles and I have been able to help. My mission is to make the world a better place.

10. Your favourite quote?

I love my quotes I have my office wall full of them. I’d have to choose though
‘ Don’t let anyone dull your sparkle.

Denise Martinez Rossini

  1. Please Introduce yourself, what is your name, business name, where you are from?

Hi I’m Denise Martinez Rossini. I’m an intuitional numerologist & Spiritual business empowerment mentor.

I’m from the United Kingdom and currently live in Manchester although I spend a lot of time in France too.

My business is Spiritual Queens Rising.

  1. What is your business about?

My business is all about empowering women on their journey through spirituality to abundance. I read clients life charts to help them see their true gifts, skills and traits.

I have a monthly membership academy where I share knowledge and insights into subjects such as Crystals, Numerology, Angels, Moonology, Manifesting, Self love and more.

I also help develop people’s passions and inspired ideas into creating a business from them.

  1. What made you get into this line of business?

It started by my ‘coming out of the spiritual closet’ and sharing my gifts. The response was instant and incredible with so many women getting in touch with me to share their own story and requesting readings.

I set up my online business in June 2017 and it’s just incredible how it has grown and developed into a community of nearly three thousand women. I now have clients worldwide and many successful entrepreneurs rising from my group. This fills my heart with joy!

michele pics 4.jpg

  1. What makes you get up and go in the morning, do you have a morning power routine?

I wouldn’t say I have a power routine. What gets me up in the morning is a sense of excitement for what each day brings us.

I like to do my gratitudes first to set the vibe for the day.

My bedroom is all white which I find so calming and peaceful so I never feel rushed in the morning.

I like to connect with my crystals before I start working too.

I  enjoy doing my daily numerology reading each morning too which I post in my group.

michele pics 3

  1. What is the best advice you have ever been given?

Live life to the full as it’s not a dress rehersal!

  1. What is a book you would say everyone must read?

Oh my word that’s so difficult as there are so many good books to read! Currently I’d say ‘Raise your vibration’ by Kyle Gray.

  1. Does your business have any offers on at present or coming up?

Yes I have just launched my Spiritual Queens Academy which at £25 per month. The academy has a 7 day course and 2 day workshop each month on all the subjects I cover plus members receive free access to My Angel Club and Moon Circle group.

Also new members to my free Spiritual Queens Rising group can have a full Numerology chart for a special offer of £11.

  1. What one thing do you do to change your mindset instantly?

That’s easy! Go to my heart home in my mind, which is Nice in the south of France. I only have to imagine myself there and it instantly lifts me up. I’m very high vibe anyway and life excites me day to day!

  1. What do you love most about helping others?

I absolutely love seeing women realising their own true strengths, the light they have inside them to shine and to see them succeed is one of the most rewarding feelings you can have.

  1. Your favourite quote?

That would be my own quote!  ‘Let your light shine and live in love, joy and abundance!’

My facebook group is ‘Spiritual Queens Rising!’

Jo Fitzgerald

Please Introduce yourself, what is your name, business name, where you are from?

I’m Jo Fitzgerald, I’m originally from Kent, I lived and worked in the Middle East for 17 years – where I brought up my two gorgeous children, Sam and Anya. We now live in West Sussex, where I am blessed to be the MIBA Coordinator.

_mg_3901

 What is your business about?

My company is Tiny Sponges. I have always been a teacher, in very many roles. I have been a Deputy Head in a Pupil Referral Unit, I ran a Nursery in Muscat, Oman for The British Council but my real passion is Early Years. I started Tiny Sponges two years ago, I wanted to help parents teach their children wellbeing and resilience skills. Mental Health is hugely important to me, I have lost close family members to suicide, my mum was an alcoholic and I have Bipolar Type 2 – and was recently treated for PTSD. Quite a mixed bag!! I have seen first hand, how more children have anxiety issues and mental health conditions, and how little help there is out there for them and their families. I believe that, if we teach our children well-being and resilience skills from an early age, they are better equipped to cope with life’s obstacles.

fullsizeoutput_3548

What made you get into this line of business?

I have written two children’s books, one of which is now in schools across West Sussex, along with a Scheme Of Work for teachers to teach Mental health and safeguarding to their pupils. We have also been in collaboration with a leading Danish educationalist, and are now the sole distributor of her resources in the UK and Ireland. These positive mindset resources are used in schools and families across Denmark, and have had amazing results with both wellbeing and learning outcomes. We are exhibiting at The Education Show in London this year, and our aim is to get all of our resources into as many schools as possible in the coming year. I also have two more books ready for publication, and am collaborating with a couple of other people on two more. I write a Blog, published by the Pre-school Learning Alliance and Early Years Matters. I speak at conferences on Child Safeguarding and Mental Health. Our online courses go live this year. The huge Childcare insurance company Morton Michel have bought my ‘How To Keep Safe … in a sometimes crazy world’ book in bulk, and are about to start selling it on their website … things are on the up!

What makes you get up and go in the morning, do you have a morning power routine?

My morning routine consists of a walk with the dogs, a green juice and straight into the office (at home). My ‘to-do’ list gets me up in the morning! The best advice that I have recently been given is from Leona Burton, CEO of the ‘Mums In Business Association’ who recently spoke at one of our West Sussex meeting. One of her golden nuggets of advice was to block your time every day in your planner – and stick to it – i.e. one hour for social media, one hour for emails, one hour for writing … I often compare myself to the dog in the film ‘Up’, constantly distracted by “squirrel” “squirrel.” I really need the discipline of blocking time!

_mg_3944

What is a book you would say everyone must read?

One of the resources that we have brought over from Denmark is about strengths of character – and how they help with our general well-being and quality of life. I would really recommend reading the ‘Mumprenuer On Fire’ series of books (especially MOF 4, as I am one of the co-authors). My reason is this – women in business are all on a similar journey, we all know how difficult it can be to juggle business, family and life, the stress and the worry is regular and familiar. In these books the stories of women battling through huge adversity, HUGE adversity, are a real lesson and can teach us a lot about ourselves. We all have strengths – bravery, perseverance, grit, gratitude … and we should recognise them in ourselves and use them. We need to have a realistic and positive love for ourselves and our strengths, instead of focussing on our weaknesses – what we don’t know or don’t have, and berating ourselves.

img_4654

What One thing do you do to change your mindset instantly?

The one thing I do to change my mindset in an instant, is to practice gratitude. I have so very much to be grateful for in my life. I am blessed.

What do you love most about helping others?

Two of my top strengths are kindness and social intelligence. I love going into schools, and seeing how my books make a difference. The feedback I get is gratifying and quite wonderful – it feeds my soul! I get a huge buzz from my work as a MIBA coordinator too. Watching people on their journey, meeting them, supporting them, getting them help – watching collaborations and friendships form. I use my strengths to help make a difference – and the Universe always responds by sending great things my way, and placing them in my lap!!

Your favourite quote?

My favourite quote, though I have so many, is by Dr Seuss – it’s what my teaching is all about:

“You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose.”

Alison Callan

  1. Please Introduce yourself, what is your name, business name, where you are from?

Hi, I’m Alison and I’m a Global Clarity and Success Coach and Mindfulness Consultant. I am currently living in Brisbane in Australia, with my husband our two boys, dog and cat. I’m originally from the UK, and have spent a good seven years in New Zealand. So, I am putting that ‘Global’ title to literal good use!

2. What is your business about?

My Business is about inspiring people to Consciously Create lives they love and deserve and I do this through many modalities. Firstly, it is about empowering empathic intuitives in Business to grow and develop conscious purposeful businesses with confidence and ease. I support them through my group and 1:1 programs. Secondly, I work with empathic intuitives in the corporate space, and mothers returning to work who want to get ahead and climb the corporate ladder without playing the games. Thirdly, I work with Organisations and teams to embed Mindfulness into working environments to bring about a change in culture. And I present and speak on all of these topics!

img_3518

3. What made you get into this line of business?

My kids! I realised that when I became a mum how inspired my children made me to be the very best person I could be and how much more I still had to give, how much more I still wanted to do and how I was not ready to let go of my dreams. So, I chose to get to work and own my purpose once and for all, there was no more room in my life to deny my calling, I had Consciously Created life – I deserved to Consciously live mine to the fullest!

4. What makes you get up and go in the morning, do you have a morning power routine?

I truly love what I do, it’s actually hard to go to bed at night, I’m always so excited about the following day and what I have planned.
I do however do my Mindset Pathway & Planner routine every morning because it keeps me on ‘Purpose’ which is critical in my line of work energetics wise.(You can check it out here – http://bit.ly/MsPaP)

img_3816

5. What is the best advice you have ever been given?

When you make ‘a mistake’ own it!

I think it’s more than that, if you can see a way that you can improve or solutionise in your own journey then it’s not so much about the mistake but the way you choose the rectify it and learn from it, communicate it and build trust in yourself, your abilities and receive trust and respect from those looking on.

  1. What is a book you would say everyone must read?

’A Little Light on the Spiritual Laws’ – By Diana Cooper

7. Does your business have any offers on at present or coming up?

img_3400

8. What one thing do you do to change your mindset instantly?

Remember who I am. I breathe and allow my future self, the woman I am becoming to converse with me and give me her words of wisdom – she is the one with all the answers and they lie inside me, all I have to do is ask.

  1. What do you love most about helping others?

Honestly, seeing them succeed and helping others. It’s this incredible ripple effect, where they rise in confidence and courage and suddenly they are summoning without effort everything they were struggling previously to dream of.

10. Your favourite quote?

The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched – they must be felt with the heart – Helen Keller.

Emma Ward

  1. Please Introduce yourself, what is your name, business name, where you are from?

I’m Emma Ward and I’m a Business Confidence Coach. I’m based in Berkshire and expecting my first child in May.

2. What is your business about?

I coach women who are either running a business, or want to, to have the confidence and next-steps-knowledge to put themselves out there so they can get paid to do what they really love.

I do this through online self-study courses, group programs and 1:1 sessions.

50283528_367445797365650_2210010486269804544_n

  1. What made you get into this line of business?

I started my own business back in 2008 having given up teaching full-time due to a crippling illness. I started as a Personal Stylist and as I regained my health and spent more and more time helping women wear clothes that reflect who they are as an individual, I realised that I was doing a lot of coaching. I trained to be a Confidence Coach in 2012 and it wasn’t long before I was attracting other female business owners who not only wanted help increasing their confidence but wanted advice on marketing themselves.

I know what it’s like to spend your weekdays working tirelessly on something that doesn’t light you up. I want to help women to get paid to do what they love so they can make the difference in the world that they really crave.

  1. What makes you get up and go in the morning, do you have a morning power routine?

Yes, I do have a routine. I do mindset work as soon as I wake up. I say my affirmations and visualise my dreams as a reality. Mindset work has changed my life and I love teaching it to others so I ensure I walk my talk. I really notice when I haven’t done it.

  1. What is the best advice you have ever been given?

Believe in yourself and your halfway there.

I think you’re more than halfway there! Without self-belief you are left with self-doubt and that slows everything down and leads to (from my own experience) a mediocre life.

  1. What is a book you would say everyone must read?

The Slight Edge by Jeff Olson.

  1. Does your business have any offers on at present or coming up?

Yes, I have some offers on right now.

I have a 7-day Vision Board Mastery course for just £20.19. I’ve used vision boards to help me manifest countless things including: my home, my partner, my car, my business, holidays and much more. Anyone can make a vision board but not everyone knows how to create one that really works.

I also have 4 Business Bundles on offer, helping you to identify your Ideal Client; know what to include on your website; how to write effective sales pages; how to brand your personality and how to develop a success mindset.

  1. What one thing do you do to change your mindset instantly?

EFT/tapping. It works like magic!

  1. What do you love most about helping others?

Seeing the way they then believe in themselves and the incredible effect this has on ALL areas of their life.
