Starting in Feb 2019, I will be a full on digital nomad! EEK! I am so excited!

  1. What is your business about?

I am all about helping badass women up level their confidence, find clarity, and define their deeper purpose so they can create a business and a mindset that is fiercely unstoppable!

I work with women who are ready to step into their calling, find their purpose and up level their confidence along the way! I help them dive deep into who they are to design a life and a business they are madly in love with. I truly believe if there is a deeper calling on your heart then you have to run after it! You have a story to tell, a message for the world and it is time you step into your true calling to show others it’s safe for them to do the same!

This is on your heart for a reason, dive in, expect miracles, and run after your dream life!

It’s time to design a life and a business you are madly in love with!

  1. What made you get into this line of business?

Where do I even begin?! I have always been a rebel…a rule breaker! I mean…my little girl dream was to be Celine Dion’s backup dancer! I have always been a big dreamer and for a long time, I knew I was meant to leave a legacy! My journey has gone in many directions but my purpose has never changed, I am meant to impact the masses! In 2014, I graduated with a BFA in Visual Art with a Photography Emphasis and a Dance Minor. I truly thought I would get a job easily after graduation and that just didn’t happen!

Month after month, no art job, no anything! I ended up getting promoted and promoted in my retail career which was not what I wanted for my life! In November of that year, I started my first business, an MLM business and I LOVED IT! I dove all in, I loved the comradery and the community, but most of all I loved that this opportunity got me to start dreaming!

The next thing I knew about 5 months later, I was packing up my life in a 10×10 truck and moving across the country to Colorado with the man I was dating at the time. I had just quit my job of 5 years, moved out of my parents home, started a new job, moved across the country, and moved in with my boyfriend. Talk about too many life-changing decisions at one time! My relationship with my boyfriend at the time was never great but I truly just thought it was dramatic. I thought that is just how our relationship was and I was hoping that moving across the country would allow us to grow together. Unfortunately soon after that, my relationship escalated to something that was so unhealthy, so unsafe, and really abusive. I had to get out.

I’m not going to say it was easy because it wasn’t, but eventually, I got the courage to leave that situation and move out on my own. I’m telling you all of this because if it wasn’t for this relationship, I would not have a business. I would not have had the opportunity to grow myself and become the badass confident version of me that I am today and now be able to impact others!

Through adversity comes champions and I am a freakin’ champion! It didn’t take me long to get sick of staying in bed, thinking I was worthless, thinking that was the love I deserved. I had my “enough is enough” moment and just knew none of that was true. I knew I wasn’t living as the Brooke I was meant to be, so I made the decision! Right then I was going to dive massively into my personal development and become the powerful Brooke I always knew I could be!

While growing myself, I continued to grow my MLM business and I grew it all the way to the top 4% of the company! I was on my way to earning my first free car and becoming the top 1% of the company when I met this woman at the mall. Believe it or not, she is the one who changed my life! She is the one I owe my business to; she is the one who introduced me to Facebook groups! The specific facebook group she added me to is the only reason I found the coaching world!

Fast forward to July of 2017. I was working 3 jobs, running my MLM business, seen as a major success yet I still couldn’t pay the bills! I had been on food assistance for almost a year at that point and I had no idea how things were going to become different for my life but all I knew was that this situation was temporary!

Finding the coaching world completely changed my life! I had been praying to do something more! I remember feeling like a bird who had her wings clipped and then I found the coaching world and just knew this was exactly what I was meant to do with my life! This was I was meant to impact the masses and leave my legacy.

I jumped in full speed ahead, found a way to hire a coach, and I RAN! Here we are just over a year later with five-figure months and a six-figure business and growing! There is no amount of time too small to make massive things happen!

  1. What makes you get up and go in the morning, do you have a morning power routine?

What gets me up in the morning is my mission, my legacy! I do have a morning routine but I also honor what I need! Sometimes I do it religiously, other times I don’t! You have to find what works best for you but I absolutely make sure I do something throughout the day to help me grow and learn if I don’t stick to my normal routine!

  1. What is the best advice you have ever been given?

I have no idea why this question is so hard!! I don’t think it’s about the best advice I’ve been given. It’s about all the bad advice that I chose not to listen to and make my own path! Remember, anything that has been said to you or done to you, you don’t have to own any of that! It does not make you who you are!

  1. What is a book you would say everyone must read?

You are a Badass by Jen Sincero

  1. Does your business have any offers on at present or coming up?

Yes of course!! ALWAYS! Right now, my 1:1 program is about to sell out again for the 4th time. I have massive 1:1 mentorship, intensives, courses, masterclasses, everything you need to up-level your confidence and build the business you are obsessed with!

  1. What one thing do you do to change your mindset instantly?

Here’s the thing! It only takes 17 seconds to completely change your energy! For me, remembering my vision, my deeper mission, and why I’m doing all of this in the first place! If needed I will journal about how I’m feeling and journal about what I desire as if it’s already my reality.

37small.jpg

  1. What do you love most about helping others?

Just reading this question makes me smile! What I love the most is that it only takes one. One person I get to impact that gets to impact their friend or family member, that friend or family member impacting someone else, who impacts someone else…. One by one we are changing the world!

  1. Your favourite quote?

Oh gosh, there are so many..way too many to choose one so I will leave you with a quote I wrote the other day as a reminder to constantly follow the fun and say yes to what you truly desire!

“Stop saying no to your soul desires! Every time you say no to a true soul desire, you give your power away and a new fear is born!” -Brooke Allison

Teri Gosselin

  1. Please Introduce yourself, what is your name, business name, where you are from?

Teri Gosselin

Business Title/Name:Transformational Strength Coach + Healer/ Teri Gosselin Coaching

Location: Maryland, USA

  1. What is your business about?

As a Transformational Strength Coach + Healer,  I help women who have suffered great loss (whether it be loss of a loved one, loss of self, loss of passion) truly embrace their authenticity at their soul essence, enabling them to discover their strength within to persevere and heal from the inside out.

I want to help as many women as possible feel safe to share their authenticity, receive the gentle encouragement and guidance they need, and understand that they are stronger than they know, that hope is possible and that they can truly live a beautiful life after loss!

  1. What made you get into this line of business?

After enduring the sudden loss of my brother, three weeks before my wedding day, I soon lost who I was, consumed by anxiety and overwhelm, and deep sadness. My ten-year long healing journey has been a long and bumpy one, and after years of therapy, intense inner work with coaches, and exploration and expansion of my soul, my spirituality and my gifts, I am so grateful to be able to help other amazing women on their own healing journey.

My goal is to help women embark on their healing journey much sooner than I was able to, to rediscover who they are, what lights their soul on fire, and that they are meant for a beautiful life after loss, and all on their own divine timing. Healing work is very deep, sacred and personal – I don’t take that for granted, and appreciate the trust so many women have in me to support them on their own journey.

  1. What makes you get up and go in the morning, do you have a morning power routine?

My kids, usually 😉 They are our alarm clocks!

However, the thought of a new day to inspire, to motivate, to give hope to those who feel hopeless, is what gets me up and moving!

My morning power routine usually includes some quiet time listening to podcasts or ebooks for further development, and gratitude. A life full of gratitude allows a conscious presence in the moment, and that is where the magic of life happens!

  1. What is the best advice you have ever been given?

The best advice that I was ever given, and I still use each day for myself and my clients, is “To Be Gentle With Yourself.”

This statement may sound simplistic, however when I received this beautiful sentiment from a former boss after I had lost my brother, it spoke volumes to me.

It gave me the permission I needed to feel into the grief I was enduring.

To know it is more than ok to have these feelings and understand what they are.

To love myself through it anyhow.

That these feelings are due to the great loss I had experienced, the loss of my past, my present and my future.

That to be gentle with myself was all I could do in that moment, and that was enough.

To this day, I think of this gift of advice often. I share this regularly with my community and clients as reminder to bring themselves back to the present, to give themselves permission to feel what they are going through, and to remind them how much strength it takes to do so.

IMG_9096

  1. What is a book you would say everyone must read?

Brene Brown’s “Braving the Wilderness” spoke to my soul deeply. Like an intimate call to show up more vulnerable and courageous, all while connecting with others, which in turn has been a significant component on how I have grown my business. I give my community and clients permission to do this, all the while, I am actively doing the same.

  1. Does your business have any offers on at present or coming up?

Yes! My new six month 1:1 program has launched, and I am so thrilled to share it with you!

If you are:

Ready to dance with your shadows and uncover the stories of your past, your grief, your trauma, so that you have a conscious awareness of old patterns and can actively work to release those emotions and truly embrace your self-worth and value in this world.

Ready to realign your energetic connection through opening any blocked chakras (emotional blocks) so that you can reignite your truest essence and heal from the inside out.

Ready to lead with your heart, allowing you to love yourself after loss, and serving as beacon of hope to others that a beautiful life can continue after loss.

Ready to eliminate guilt by setting healthy boundaries with personal and professional relationships, career, time and social life so that you can priorities YOUR needs, wants and desires, and create the inner peace you seek so deeply.

Ready to release the pressure to be perfect so that you can live a fuller life and discover the pieces of yourself that have gone missing, particularly in the form of play, happiness, and contentment.

Ready to give permission to and of yourself to own who you are, and what you want in life, speak your truth and know your story is worth loving, and will bring you a sense of freedom.

Ready to recognise and embrace your own inner strength and resilience on your healing journey to not only persevere but to thrive and live a purpose-driven life.

Ready to truly honour the journey you have been on so that you can shift and reconstruct your thoughts and perceptions, and open your mind and heart to expansion and opportunity.

Ready to reignite the passion and fire within your soul so that you are inspired to dream again and take action on creating this into your reality.

Then *The Journey to Inner Peace* is the program for you!

Just as your journey is personal, so is this program!

It is customised to your needs, your wants, your desires…to YOU!

This six month program includes the following:

Of course, I love bonuses!

Bonuses:

🌱Self Love Mirror Meditation

🌱A gorgeous journal designed by my friend, Christa Anderson

🌱One extra 30 minute session guided by Angel/Oracle cards to be used during our 6 month mentor-ship

  1. What one thing do you do to change your mindset instantly?

Deep breathing! I can centre myself back to the moment, drop into my body, and allow myself to simply just be. This does wonders!!

  1. What do you love most about helping others?

Can I say everything? It warms my heart when I see women breaking through the shadows, their fears, their past, in order to find themselves again. To come back to love!

It takes great strength and courage to embark on a healing journey, and when women show up to do so, it is the most beautiful event I have ever witnessed. The unbecoming of ourselves to become ourselves is truly the greatest gift one could ever give themselves.

Erin Hill

1. Please Introduce yourself, what is your name, business name, where you
are from?

Hi! My name is Erin Hill, and I’m the owner of A Beautiful Mess, LLC in
Cambridge MD

2. What is your business about?

I and a support and accountability coach for women – which is basically
being a cheerleader/personal trainer/drill Sargent/big sister.  I help
women meet their goals by having a safe place to be THEM – unwavering love
and acceptance for who and where they are, and challenging them to take
that next step

3. What made you get into this line of business?

I started about 2 years ago working on ‘self care’ and barely scratching
the surface – so many other coaches were doing the same thing! I felt like
one of many… So I decided to brand myself as the #coachforwivesofaddicts
and lean on my personal experience of being married to not just one but 2
addicts to help women face their co-dependency.  That has turned into
realising that the ‘not enough ness’ doesn’t always manifest as
relationships with someone who’s addicted. It can look like the 5 or 10 or
50 pounds that won’t come off and stay off. It can look like reaching for
an MLM goal and missing it and feeling like a failure. It can look like
simply feeling like there is always a mask to be worn because it’s not
safe to be YOU.

4. What makes you get up and go in the morning, do you have a morning
power routine?

My bladder is what makes me get up 🙂 I love to enjoy my coffee in peace
before I have to make sure the hubs and kids are up and ready and off to
school/work.  I love having a few quiet moments before tackling the day.
I do hit the gym at least 3 days a week, and try to read a little every
day.  My ‘routine’ is more nightly when I’m laying in bed, I practice
gratitude for the day’s events. I also say affirmations/mantras with a
mala I made with a friend.  Then up and at it the next day!

5. What is the best advice you have ever been given?

OOh Great question!!  There’s actually 2 life altering messages – the
first – Things don’t happen TO you – they happen FOR you. The second –
Keep showing up and doing the next right thing.

6. What is a book you would say everyone must read?

I’m not a big reader these days, but I’m working on it! I think I’d say
that everyone must read something for pleasure! In the online business
world, it feels like there’s always a book recommendation – mindset
shifts, personal development, etc. I think allowing ourselves to read
something for pleasure (I love old Stephen King or Dean Koontz, or trashy
romance novels) can help give your mind a break from the constant learn,
do, be, get and relax a bit!

7. Does your business have any offers on at present or coming up?

I’m always looking to connect with women who are ready to get unwavering
support and accountability, and receive reminders about how amazing they
are!  I have weekly, daily, and VIP options starting around $75 per week.

8. What one thing do you do to change your mindset instantly?

Reach OUT! I have a few women in my circle that I know I can hit up if I
start feeling like I’m circling the drain. For me, it’s about momentum.
Getting a handle on the negative thoughts before they start pulling me in.
Reminding myself of the truth – like I’ve survived 100% of my bad days,
and most judgement comes from myself.

9. What do you love most about helping others?

I love to see the smiles. The light-bulb moments when a woman ‘gets it’ –
realises deep within that she is ENOUGH. As she is, how she is, and in who
she is.  It’s really magical!

10. Your favourite quote?

I believe it’s a Rumi quote – “What is for me, can not miss me.”

My business is Love Me Donna Lee

I live in Australia in a camper trailer and I travel “on the road” so I have no fixed home or address.

2. What is your business about?

My business is………I am an empowerment coach for women helping them receive-self-love. I help women let go of self-doubt with radical self-love.  I support women to get what they want by remembering their dreams.

_EL_8212-Edit

3. What made you get into this line of business?

I got into this business because I wanted to help people. I qualified as a counsellor 8 years ago and worked as a relationship counsellor for many years.  I took a large break from work after suffering from severe stress, an emotional breakdown and anorexia. That experience changed me a lot and I look at life differently. I came to realise that I was 100% responsible for my well-being and happiness and loving me needed to be my first priority. As a result of my experiences I now want to help women become responsible for their well-being and happiness and become comfortable with the skin they are in.

4. What makes you get up and go in the morning, do you have a morning power routine?

I get up about 5am and I go walking along the beach and I watch the sunrise. I take my shoes off and walk bare foot along the sand. This is my favourite time of day. I meditate and I breathe deeply soaking up the magic of the day. I self-talk to myself….giving myself a pep talk to start my day with confidence.

_EL_8033-Edit

5. What is the best advice you have ever been given?

The best advice I have ever been given is “Surround yourself with good people.” My dad told me this.

6. What is a book you would say everyone must read?

A book I would recommend is “The subtle art of not giving a fuck” by Mark Manson. I have read this book 3 times and he really puts a different spin on things.

Donna Lee 565

7. Does your business have any offers on at present or coming up?

My business is currently offering a signature program………….YOUR RADICAL SELF-LOVE BLUEPRINT.

It’s a 7 week program that can help women dissolve self-doubt and replace it with self-love. It’s for women who are truly ready to own their bullshit so that they can get that out of the way and become more of their own true selves. This program includes information, activities, 1:1 coaching for an hour once per week and email contact during this time. I am also developing a few bonuses as well. This program is valued at $2925 and I am offering it for $1997 to 8 lucky ladies. I like to work with women one to one and I like to be able to give my clients all the support they need .

Donna Lee 566

8. What one thing do you do to change your mindset instantly?

If I want to change my mindset instantly I tell myself………”STOP IT!!!!!” Our egos are very cunning at talking us into bullshit. It’s our responsibility to recognise it and cut it before our minds get carried away.

9. What do you love most about helping others?

I love helping women move forward. Seeing a woman stuck where she is when she could be so much more inspires me to want to help if they are ready.

10. Your favourite quote?

My favourite quote is “What you focus on grows”

Natalie Christine Dattilo

1. Please Introduce yourself, what is your name, business name, where you are from?

My name is Natalie Christine Dattilo. I have a PhD in clinical & health psychology. I am the owner and president of Priority Wellness Group and currently live in Boston, MA. I am also the incoming Director of Psychology in the Department of Psychiatry at Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston.

 2.What is your business about?

Priority Wellness is a women’s health psychology practice. We offer psychological treatment and health coaching for individuals using a mind-body approach as well as consulting for companies and healthcare organisations interested in supporting the mental health and wellness needs of their employees.

3. What made you get into this line of business?

I have always been curious about human behaviour and why people do what they do, so studying psychology was a natural fit for me. I love helping others better understand themselves and assist them in leading their most productive and happy lives.

Natalie Christine_2

4. What makes you get up and go in the morning, do you have a morning power routine?

I try to start each day “on my terms,” so to speak, and begin by setting an intention for the day. I usually wake up around 4:30 to workout, meditate, and drink my coffee. It’s hard for me to imagine starting the day any other way. My children are usually up by the time I’m done and I’m a much better mom when I am exercised and caffeinated.

5. What is the best advice you have ever been given?

Trust in the process and the results will come. I’m a very goal-oriented person but sometimes tend to focus too much on the outcome and not enough on the process. I’ve learned over time that while the destination is important, the journey is really what matter most.

6. What is a book you would say everyone must read?

There are so many books I love, but the one that I have been recommending lately is “Mindset” by Carol Dweck. It was a game changer for me.

Natalie Christine_4

7.Does your business have any offers on at present or coming up?

We are currently recruiting participants for online mental resiliency training program called BODYmind Boot Camp. It’s an intensive 6-week, rapid-result, action-oriented, group-based stress-reduction training program designed for women to help manage or prevent symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress and burnout.

8. What One thing do you do to change your mindset instantly?

Take a breath and focus on the present moment. I remind myself that everything is as it should be. During difficult times, I challenge myself to find the lesson and be grateful for it.

9. What do you love most about helping others?

I love helping people develop greater self-awareness and insight into themselves and why they do what they do. I love helping people get “unstuck.” The magic happens when they start putting real changes into effect by taking action and experiencing life differently, and in a way that is truly and powerfully fulfilling. I love hearing people’s stories, hearing about their lives, what they overcame, and what they hope to accomplish. Then I love watching them make it happen.

10. Your favourite quote?

“There are two ways of spreading light: to be the candle or the mirror that reflects it.”
–Edith Wharton

Melissa McDaniel

  1. Please Introduce yourself, what is your name, business name, where you are from?

Hi! My name is Melissa McDaniel and I am the Founder of Love, Melissa Ann and the author of  “Who will love me? A holistic approach to building meaningful relationships after sexual assault.” I was born and raised in the beautiful state of Washington. After a few international travels and a graduate degree on the East Coast I have made my way back to my home state.

  1. What is your business about?

I am a Personal Empowerment Coach who supports women in moving beyond a life of loneliness and isolation and into a life of meaningful relationships after sexual assault. Drawing from my own transformational experience, I give women the tools- and permission- to heal in ways they never knew were possible. Together we laugh, cry, and most likely will say a few WTFs on her journey to lovingly take back her power, trust her inner voice, reconnect with her body, and build meaningful relationships.

  1. What made you get into this line of business?

After being sexually assaulted I found myself continuously wondering, Who will love me? I felt as if I was living two lives, the one I thought I needed to portray and the one I hid behind closed doors. Never fully connecting with others because I did not feel I had the ability to be my true authentic self. As I transformed my life from loneliness and isolation into a life of abundant relationships I was called to help others sexual assault survivors do the same. When they ask the question, “Who will love me?”  I always let them know, Melissa Ann does and will.

EmilyWenzel_Melissa-McDaniel-Headshots-2018_IMG-0008

  1. What makes you get up and go in the morning, do you have a morning power routine?

Ha… so typically my rabbit, Gypsy, wakes me up around 5:30 a.m. trying to burst out of his cage for a morning dance party. Once we dance, tea is made and one of my favourite guided meditations is turned on. Gypsy is also a fan of meditation and joins in the morning ritual most days. After the meditation I go about showering, eating, etc.  Hanging on the back of my front door are my weekly affirmations. I recite each affirmation out loud before I leave the house. One of my favourites right now is, “With love, I will make the difference I am destined to make.”

  1. What is the best advice you have ever been given?

Once I had someone say to me, “Melissa, has anyone ever told you, you are enough? Sitting in an empty room, bare ass naked, doing absolutely nothing, you are enough.” At that moment the biggest weight was lifted off my shoulders. Wait?! What?! I can be doing nothing and still be considered enough?! For years I masked the pain of being sexually assaulted by becoming an extreme perfectionist and overachiever.  One more academic degree, one more country travelled to, one more failed hobby would surely cure the pain. This new idea of, “I am enough,” helped me to heal on a deeper level and love myself fiercely.

EmilyWenzel_Melissa-McDaniel-Headshots-2018_IMG-0012.jpg

  1. What is a book you would say everyone must read?

This is such a tough question for me. Books are my life.  If I have to pick just one I would say Paulo Coelho’s the Alchemist. It reminds me of the beauty and magic that happens when you trust your inner self. Knowing to follow your own personal journey, even when the path is less travelled.

  1. Does your business have any offers on at present or coming up?

Currently my book, “Who will love me? A holistic approach to building meaningful relationships after sexual assault.” is available for pre-order on Amazon for $.99. Amazon

  1. What one thing do you do to change your mindset instantly?

Such a great question! Lately, when I need a mindset change instantly I have been using the affirmation, “I choose to see love instead.” It helps bring me back to the real reason we are doing this thing called life, to love and be loved.

  1. What do you love most about helping others?

To me, the best part about helping others is the ripple effect that occurs. Seeing women go on to fiercely love and support other women on their journey to healing after sexual assault is beautiful.

  1. Your favourite quote?

“It took me quite a long time to develop a voice, and now that I have it, I’m not going to be silent.” Madeleine Albright

Kristie Kennedy

Kristie Kennedy, is the owner of Queenfidence Image Consulting, LLC who was born and raised in Sarasota, Florida. Currently resides in the Capital City, Tallahassee, Florida with her loving husband Lamont Ward and two dogs, Queenie and CoCo.

What is your business about?

Queenfidence is the premiere choice for leadership development and executive image enhancement consulting. We aim to empower emerging, established and enterprising influencers through four components of change: Mindset Mastery, Massive Momentum, Magnetic Messaging, and Potential Maximization. Our unwavering goal is to dismantle doubt, ignite confidence and provoke transformation. Statistics show that countless women suffer from a lack of confidence not a lack of competence. We are committed to equipping women with confidence keys to think profoundly, speak powerfully and live prosperously.

What made you get into this line of business?

Our unique life experiences often beckon us forward to be the superhero someone has been waiting for. After all of the pain, confusion and countless setbacks one day we decide to rise up and become the blazing light we desire to see. For over half of my life I personally battled low self-esteem. As a child my mother placed me in pageants and talent shows to build my self-confidence. During high school years, I was the ugly duckling and managed to survive being bullied for having braces, glasses and for what they called “carrot legs”.  Deep inside my heart I never want another woman to feel less than beautiful. In the words of Eleanor Roosevelt, “No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.” I say yes to glass slippers and no to glass ceilings.

Over the past twenty years, I have dedicated my life as a student of personal development. I’ve taught modelling, obtained a license in image consulting, became a certified personal fitness trainer, executive coach and mental health recovery specialist.

Four years ago, I received a pink slip and turned it into Queenfidence. We are constantly presented with opportunities to elevate our mental state from good to great.

As a pioneering trail blazer, I have a moral responsibility to ignite new flames of fire.

What makes you get up and go in the morning, do you have a morning routine?

Without a doubt a massive vision to create global impact keeps my blood boiling. I am constantly reinventing myself and on my home office wall I have 16 vision boards. I have 4 vision books that remind me of my personal goals, values and passion. Currently, I am on the tail end of completing the fourth vision book and the theme is powerhouse woman. As I prepare to speak on global stages in the coming year, this is a part of my mental conditioning.

I am a visionary leader who believes strongly in inspired action. Every morning, I make sure I invest time in activities that fill my cup to the overflow. Creatives do not like monotony but discipline is necessary. Daily you will find me reading, meditating, speaking affirmations, journaling, exercising, taking nature walks, listening to empowering videos and audios. I rarely watch television because I am completely immersed in the fulfilment of my life’s calling. I believe you must embody your message if you are going to pierce through the masses and be heard.

What is the best advice you have ever been given?

Advice: I share this often, one of my first mentors told me to never allow money to dictate what I could or could not have and what I could or could not do. In the words of Albert Einstein, I realised imagination is truly more important that knowledge. This world is our canvas and she who holds the paintbrush holds the power. On a lighthearted note, I can be a bit extreme and intense. I will never forget the simple words from my girlfriend who has known me the longest, “Kristie just have FUN!” Life is too short not to have a good time!

Affirmation: Recently, one of my closest friends from Africa who has seen my diligence over the past fifteen years wrote to me, “I wanted to say how I have always admired the fact that you stood on your principles, your vision, your faith, your purpose and most importantly your plan. You always demonstrate the strength and courage that is needed to succeed. You stopped focusing on the deck of cards that were dealt to you and started thinking about how you’re going to play the hand moving forward.”

What is a book you would say that everyone must read?

I am a voracious reader and I bathe in books. When I first started being intentional about self-development the literary work that was foundational in my growth was James Allen, “As a Man Thinketh.” It is why I am unwavering in my commitment to mindset mastery. Research shows that 93% of our behaviour is driven by the subconscious mind which means endless re-programming must be exercised on a daily basis. Here is an excerpt from the 72 page book, “Achievement, of whatever kind, is the crown of effort, the diadem of thought. Victories attained by right thought can only be maintained by watchfulness. Many give way when success is assured, and rapidly fall back into failure. All achievements, whether in the business, intellectual, or spiritual world, are the result of definitely directed thought. He who would accomplish little must sacrifice little; he who would achieve much must sacrifice much; he who would attain highly must sacrifice greatly. The dreamers are the saviours of the world. Cherish your visions; cherish your ideals; cherish the music that stirs in your heart, the beauty that forms in your minds and the loveliness that drapes your purest thoughts. Dream lofty dreams, and as you dream, so shall you become. Your vision is the promise of what you shall one day be.”

What internal transformation technique do you use to change your mindset instantly?

Read my Kudos to Kristie book of remembrance. I have a compilation of compliments received throughout the years to remind me of the beautiful impact I’ve made in the lives of others. Secondly, dance to an empowering song. It is my happy place. When we learn how to change our physical state our mental state will properly align. If you sit slumped over in a dark room feeling depressed you will stay that way until you decide to do something drastically different. Turn on the lights, put on your little black dress with a pair of stilettos, paint your face and walk out the door. I guarantee you will shift from pitiful to powerful instantly.

What do you love most about helping others?

I live for seeing the light of hope shine bright in the heart of those who decide to shift from stuck to unstoppable. A few on my favourite comments from my tribe, “If I could carry Kristie with me for at least .5 of 24/7 I wonder who I would become?”; “You keep me going.”; “You are the definition of motivation, thanks for getting my day pumped! I’m off to rock this job interview!”; “Your posts are life-giving.”

I believes individuals deserve to live a life with complete freedom on their terms, so I devote my life to creating tools that empower individuals to step into the Evolutionary Leader that exist within them.

I am from the world but grew up in Detroit, Michigan have been to 35 countries and 28 of the 50 USA states by age 24.

2. What is your business about?

Empowering epic leaders to evolve their mindset so they can transform the world with their gifts

3. What made you get into this line of business?

Cancer at the age of 14. I saw a Dad yell at a Mom saying the only reason we are not in the position to pay for our daughters treatment is because you are a stay at home Mom. Two things imprinted in me during that time

You needed money to have love and You needed money to not die

So I chased the path of money and went into Corporate America got promoted super quickly but I was so unhappy turned to drugs, was in an emotionally abusive situation and finally I had enough. I came home crashed on my couch asking what am I supposed to do . I remembered my dream to live internationally.. I went upstairs grabbed by laptop and found it was $20 for a 1 year visa in New Zealand so I applied got it within 24 hours and I never looked back.  I saved for 3 months, I had anxiety attacks every day because I was so nervous what if I fail or it doesn’t work out. But I was more committed to my dream to live international than the illusion of fear that it wouldn’t work out  I moved across the world manifested a job with a $400 million company within 4 weeks and I thought hang on a minute I am clearly a powerful manifestor there has to be more to this and a way I can help more people So I went to entrepreneur retreat in Fiji and it was the first time I was around multi-millionaires and I remember all the excuses and negative self-talk,

“I am so stupid”

“What am I doing here”

But then I went over and took a picture of the sunset and saw there was a heart behind the sun…

I figured I have to do this I am going to leave corporate and I am going to empower every single person to live their truth if they so choose!
I want to guide people to see it is possible and as long as it is your truth everything will line up!

So I literally left my job with $5k in my bank account, committed to travelling around the world and creating on online business to lift the vibration of this planet that was January 2018.

Since than I have been around the world twice, I have held amazing transformations for clients, I have employees, I released a book, getting my masters in Global Technology & Development and now am speaking on podcast and events.

However truly the best part is I am living completely into my purpose, feeling great about life and I am able to make an amazing living from it that allows me to impact the world.

This all started with my mindset and my truth and that is why I started my business because everyone deserves to feel this good.

Courtney Marie

  1. Please Introduce yourself, what is your name, business name, where you are from?

Hello! My name is Courtney Marie and I am an Intuitive Transformational Life Coach and Self-Love teacher. I’m currently in Northern Nevada, but I’m not one to sit still! I will be moving to a beach (fingers crossed) shortly!

2. What is your business about?

I help people Learn to Love themselves so they can excel in all areas of their lives. I offer private one on one coaching where I provide knowledge, tools, love and support. I also have unique gifts that allows me to create a safe and inviting space for my clients.

3. What made you get into this line of business?

I silently suffered through depression and anxiety for 15 years. I promised myself laying on the tile floor of a bathroom, that if I survived this I would teach others to do the same. So here I am. I also feel my whole life has led me in the direction to be a coach. My friends and family often joke about how many lives I have lived.. name the profession or experience I have most likely lived it! I feel I have a lot to give to the world and being a coach is the best way to do it! Being a coach and a teacher is definitely my favourite position and is my life’s work.

4. What makes you get up and go in the morning, do you have a morning power routine?

Oooh this is a great question! Before I even get out of bed I ask myself “Who and how can you serve today?” I will journal my thoughts, gratitude’s and intentions, as well as meditate, all still in my bed. This little ritual of mine almost always leads me to writing my content and message that I want to share for that day. Another part of my morning routine is drinking, what I love to call.. my lawn! I drink a healthy concoction that looks and smells like your backyard lawn ran through a blender. But! My face is glowy and I’m sure my gut is glowy too!

5. What is the best advice you have ever been given?

To lean into fear. Something magical always happens after you “face your fears”

6. What is a book you would say everyone must read?

A Happy Pocket Full of Money by David Cameron Gikandi  The title is a little misleading but this book changed my world. It lives on my nightstand and definitely broken in due to reading it daily.

7. Does your business have any offers on at present or coming up?

I have my signature program Learn to Love and a new program called Mindset Transformation. If you want more information or want to see if coaching is the right thing for you, book a Free clarity Call HERE. Keep a look out for my new online course Learn to Love! This will be a coaching program broken up into 4 modules along with weekly workbooks, LoveWork and support.

8. What one thing do you do to change your mindset instantly?

This is one of my teachings that I do every single day. I ask myself questions and get really curious as to why I’m choosing to show up or feel a certain way. “What needs some love right now?” “What within me needs attention?” etc. These questions allow me to pause and choose how I want to react.

9. What do you love most about helping others?

Helping others is my purpose in life. The best feeling in the world is being able to witness my client’s journey and transformation. I’m so honoured to get to help and support people daily!

10. Your favourite quote?

I don’t really have a favourite quote.. but if I had to pick one it would be “We only get to be in our bodies for a limited of time, why not celebrate the journey instead of merely riding it out until it’s over?” ~ Jen Sincero

Rachel Devereux

  1. Please Introduce yourself, what is your name, business name, where you are from?

Hi I’m Rachel, I live in Huddersfield, England. I am the founder of Rachel Devereux, Health Nursing.

2.What is your business about?
I work with groups and individuals to help habit changes, in a view of preventing future ill-health, I have had some success in reversal of symptoms of chronic illness, but my main focus is creating health now that is sustainable in our modern-day lives.

3.What made you get into this line of business?
I did a master’s degree in Long-term conditions, this was supposed to support me in my future career progression in nursing people with long-term conditions. However it highlighted that the majority of the NHS budget, and nursing time was spent on these debilitating life limiting illnesses – and many of them are preventable, or better managed if you treat consistently with good diet and lifestyle.

The UK health system is budget based, and many people were complaining that they didn’t fit the criteria for assessment or early intervention. That their General Practitioner ignored their symptoms, or that they didn’t bother the GP out of compassion for how over worked our community/primary health care practitioners are. Friends were taking vitamins without knowing if their body was deficient, and some were on medications with horrendous side effects, that needed a further medication to combat.

Whilst studying I also produced 2 children which awoke my more natural side – and my maternal instinct is high. I realised the mortality of self, and the mortality of off-spring, and wanted/needed to protect them and their environment from harsh chemicals, toxins and a toxic work life balance. I want to show them a great work ethic – but not at the detriment of their or my happiness.

At the end of my degree I set up a sling library, hiring baby and child slings at low-cost to parents – my feel good, give back not for profit venture. I also, after 8 years of loyal customer, joined a MLM company, ENJO, showing the benefits of cleaning without chemicals. As I learnt more from this business I saw the potential for my own coaching role delivering truly holistic health care, with a personal nurse to ensure you are on the right track and that you are making the changes in the best place for you, without burnout or overwhelm. I handed my notice in and began training myself in business development. I have now seen how powerful all three roles are as the health impacts I have through changing the cleaning regime are immense!

4.What makes you get up and go in the morning, do you have a morning power routine?

Ha ha, yes I have a power routine. It fluctuates in effectiveness. But I have a flexible wish list of morning to ensure that I and my children get the best.

My goal is for 5am and a Hal Elrod style miracle morning. My reality is often a yoga pose with 2 children dangling from me, or my notebook affectionately named “drawing mummy”.

5.What is the best advice you have ever been given?

      Believe in yourself.

6.What is a book you would say everyone must read?

Nobody Told Me – Hollie McNish

The Politics of Breastfeeding – Gabrielle Palmer

I’m very saddened by the way our westernised society disadvantages mothers in so many ways. And that influence is damaging the developing countries too. The Politics of Breastfeeding demonstrates how no individual family have failed to breastfeed, society and massive corporations have undermined our powerful motherhood. I am pro-choice, pro-feeding babies. Breast was our family decision, but I respect your outcome too.

        If that doesn’t appeal then

The life changing magic of tidying – Marie Kondo.

7.Does your business have any offers on at present or coming up?

I have a free Home Health Checklist via my website mail list. This is coming along with 12 weekly emails that help you understand the checklist.

There is a sneaky 20% off code for an hours consultation with me, so why not book the free initial chat and see if we’re a good match.

8.What one thing do you do to change your mindset instantly?

I have awesome alarms to remind me of my goals and my mindset.

9.What do you love most about helping others?

I am a nurse, it’s a way of life and something that came up time and time again in career profiles. I was the mother hen, the protector and the fixer at school. I was also the chief tree swing tester. It lights me up to get messages saying I haven’t needed my blue inhaler for 2 weeks or my eczema has improved.

              10.Your favourite quote?
You choose how you feel, react and think. – not sure if anyone else has ever said it so maybe its mine.

Thanks so much Rachel for sharing your story and business with us, if you would like to see more from Rachel then you can find her at Facebook or her Website.
